Custom Portrait
All portraits are painted with high quality acrylic paint on either gallery wrapped canvas or cradled wood. They arrive ready to be hung, no frame needed. Varnished with either matte, satin, or gloss to ensure your portrait will last a life time.
ORDERING PROCESS:
1. After selecting the photo(s) you would like to use for your portrait. Remember a GREAT photo makes a GREAT portrait. I can't paint what I can't see.
2. Decide on the size you would like, and that would work best for your photo.
3. Select the size you would like from the scroll bar below before adding to basket. Then complete the check out process.
4.Email me your photo(s) to chalfon@comcast.com ; 3-5 photos are great to give me an idea of your pets personality. That said - I only work from ONE reference photo. Also, please share any ideas you may have (cropping, background, color, collar on/off, etc...)
5. Currently my turn around time is 3-5 weeks, however, if you need it sooner we can work it out.
6. Once your portrait is finished I will send you a photo of your portrait for your approval (changes can be made).
I am not a realist painter, I do work hard to subtly with vibrant, vivid colors incorporate your pets personality into each portrait.
7. Your work of art gets shipped to your home!
ADDITIONAL PEOPLE OR PETS IN YOUR PAINTING
Please note for mini and small sizes (5x7, 6x6, 8x8, 10x10) only one subject (pet or person). It will be a head shot.
For Medium to Ex-Large sizes (9x12 - 20x40) each additional subject (pet or person) is an additional $25 charge.
REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY
All sales final for custom artwork. I work closely with you prior to completion of your portrait to be sure you are happy with your painting. If the painting becomes lost in delivery, a full refund is given. If a painting is damaged during delivery, a second painting can be painted for you free of charge.
SHIPPING INFO:
Paintings are packaged in plastic, bubble wrap and craft paper to insure a safe delivery. US Post will be used mostly, on occasion I'll use UPS ground. When shipping within the United States it takes 3-7 business days and International shipping takes 6 - 30 days. Once the painting has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number along with your shipping notification.
